Reiki 1 Training / Certification

Reiki, a gentle therapeutic technique that originated in Japan, can best be described as a subtle energy flow by bringing balance to mind, body and spirit.

It can help to reduce stress, promote relaxation, aid in insomnia, and reduce side effects of illness or treatment by allowing one’s natural healing to take place.  Reiki creates an opportunity to restore inner harmony, it  produces a calming effect as it allows the body to relax and the mind to let go of anxiety which increases overall feelings of peace and well-being.

In this class you will be introduced to traditional Usui Reiki and the history and principles behind it.  You will learn how to prepare yourself prior to a session and the techniques used for self-treatment.

Certification Fee includes all materials.
