Creating an Herbal Medicine Cabinet

Let Mother Nature fill your medicine cabinet with all natural remedies for everything from calming a cough to relieving the itch of poison ivy. In this introductory workshop you will learn some of the most versatile and useful herbs to have on hand and how to use them. Discover the benefits of using plants that are indigenous to New England along with those from other areas of the country.
Bring a notebook, a list of your questions and your most common needs. Handouts will be provided.
